On September 19th, 2019 I gave a talk at the Nextflow Camp 2019 conference. The general topic was Nextflow and workflow managers — a bit on how workflow managers work, how scientists can use them to good effect, and my own experience with Nextflow at Fred Hutch.
On May 7th I presented to a Fred Hutch audience of scientists on how they can use Nextflow to run their bioinformatics workflows in the cloud (AWS), using our particular computational setup.
On April 24th, 2019 I presented some slides that summarize some of my thoughts on using workflow management software to coordinate cloud computing in a way that is extremely helpful for scientific research.
